Enrich ALL THE THINGS! Well glycos and phosphos!

Enrich ALL THE THINGS! Well glycos and phosphos! Too good to be true? We wont know until someone reproduces it, but this new method described here sounds awesome.  BTW...Im constantly blown away by how many journals PastelBio reads / references. Ive never heard of this journal -- but here is a really cool paper from it? #1 PTM we work on -- phosphos #2 PTM is glycos (I saw a slide deck at ASMS on that) Why not enrich them both and just go for it. Im sure the new Fusion tune software can recognize both neutral loss and diagnostic ions and have no trouble dealing with both in the same run! Organizing the instrument control flow chart might be a little challenging, but Im confident it would do it! download file now

Enrich your Ubuntu by creating short hands for sudo apt get commands

Enrich your Ubuntu by creating short hands for sudo apt get commands Handy short-cuts for Ubuntu and Debian: cd echo "alias sagusagu=sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade"  >> .bash_aliases echo "alias sadu=sudo apt-get dist-upgrade"  >> .bash_aliases echo "alias sagi=sudo apt-get install $1"  >> .bash_aliases echo "alias sagar=sudo apt-get autoremove"  >> .bash_aliases You now have three new commands (after starting a new shell): sagusagu: updates and upgrades your system sadu: does a dist-upgrade (needed if you see "kept back" messages) sagi ... : installs a software package sagar: remove unneeded stuff I can now run my daily update by typing "sagusagu". download file now
